In 2019 Jack lowered his 5,000m and 10,000m pb’s on the track and is ranked 10th in the Country over 10,000m. He has also lowered all his pb’s over all distances on the road from 5k up to half marathon and is ranked 2nd over 5 miles and 7th over the half marathon.

For the Ellis Trophy, Becky has chosen  Lewis Byng of Stratford Upon Avon AC for his 8th place at the U20 European Championships, in Boras, Sweden. Lewis won the U20 and U23 England Champships this year and is the first athlete to win both titles on the same weekend. His PB of 19.14m ranks him 2nd on the UK U20 all-time list and he is currently ranked 1st U20 in the UK and is 19th in the world as a first year U20.
