WCAA XC Championship 2025

We are looking forward to welcoming you to the 2025 cross-country championships at Warley Woods on 13th December. A copy of the event programme for the day can be downloaded from this page. This includes a full list of the entries.

Please take note of the instructions on page 4 relating to access to Warley Woods and car parking on the surrounding roads. This will be a Saturday, near Christmas, on the edge of a major city so please allow sufficient time for travel. Car-sharing is advisable if you can.  Alternatively, public transport options to the park can be found at https://journeyplanner.networkwestmidlands.com/

You should expect to have to walk for a few minutes within the park to get to the assembly area and club tent ‘village’. A map is included in the programme to help.

Officials needed for the Cross-Country champs

FOR THE ATTENTION OF ALL WARWICKSHIRE ENDURANCE OFFICIALS. (Of all levels).

The Warwickshire County Cross County Championships are being held
jointly with Worcestershire at Warley Woods on 13th December 2025.

If any Warwickshire endurance officials wish to be involved and have not
already been contacted by either myself or Maggie Murphy then please

Spotlight on Officials

A huge thank you to all the incredible officials who volunteered their time and energy to support the Warwickshire County Athletics Championships. These events simply wouldn’t be possible without your dedication and expertise.

Did you know? Even if you’re a competing athlete, you can still get involved as an official. It’s a great way to give back to the sport you love.

Whether you’re experienced or just curious about helping out, we’d love to hear from you. Even if you are not connected with a club but fancy giving it a go, there is a large support network and mentoring system in place. You would not attend a training course and be left to get on with it, you would be supported at meetings and guided by experience officials throughout.
